I look forward to seeing all of you at the upcoming meeting. It is the plan of the officers to streamline the business meeting by holding an officer's meeting prior to each monthly meeting. If anyone has an item that needs to be addressed by the officers, please let me know. Of course, if there are any issues that need to be voted on, they would be brought up at the members meeting. We feel that is in the best interest of the association that we limit discussions when there are guests and potential members in attendance. Sometimes things get out of hand and could give a negative impression of our generally happy and friendly group. Please bear with us as we make these changes. I'm sure you will like the new format.
